After “Suicide Saturday” where 5 starters all went for less than 20, it appears to be all but over for the DVG’s. The Warthogs on the other hand, saw everybody but their freshman go for at least 21 and are up 187.0 to 144.0.

With a 39-point edge and still waiting for one player to get his first-round game in, MBB has overwhelmed the Sammies. The Sammies should be able to make this more interesting than the current score but I don’t think they can overcome the margin.

#2 Hoosiers vs. #7 North Pole Fightin’ Reindeer
I can’t say this one is over yet. Hoosiers ARE up 20 points but NPFR has a lot of upsides since Dickinson only went for 13, Cisse for 18 & Ndongo for 5. Hoosiers have some upside as well with Dubar & Daniels.

#3 Virginia Gentlemen vs. #6 House of Sparky
VG had a so-so first round (for them) of just 148.0 HOS has two slots still not filled in their first round of games and is at 116.0, so they can easily make that up. For VG, Carter, Cross & Wilborn can all do better and they have Ford locked in with his 30. HOS don’t have that much upside and needs those two slots to come in strong.
